Vicious Soccer Development : Beginner’s League
A beginner's soccer class introduces new players to the fundamentals of the sport in a fun, supportive environment. Designed for those with little to no experience, the class focuses on building basic skills, understanding rules, and fostering teamwork. The program runs for a couple of months, with two-week memberships for flexible participation.
Program Details:
Cost: $180 for a two-week membership, including two classes per week (a total of 4 classes). Continue your training by purchasing additional two-week memberships.
Class Times: Classes are held at 3:00–3:45 PM and 4:00–4:45 PM.
First-Time Player Registration: Includes a $30 fee for a VSD uniform jersey. Recurring memberships will not include the $30 fee.
Objectives:
Learn foundational skills: dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control.
Understand basic rules (e.g., offside, fouls, throw-ins).
Develop coordination, fitness, and teamwork.
Build confidence and enthusiasm for the game.
Skill Drills (30–40 min):
Dribbling: Navigating cones or markers to improve ball control.
Passing: Partner exercises to practice accurate short passes.
Shooting: Aiming at small goals to learn proper foot placement.
Defense Basics: Introduction to positioning and tackling safely.
Mini-Games (15–20 min):
Small-sided matches (e.g., 3v3 or 4v4) to apply skills in a game-like setting, emphasizing fun over competition.
Vicious Soccer Development: Advanced Training
The Advanced Training at Vicious Soccer Development is designed for dedicated players ready to elevate their game to elite levels. This high-intensity program refines advanced technical skills, optimizes physical performance, and prepares athletes for competitive tournaments in a dynamic, focused environment.
Objectives:
Master advanced ball mastery for precise, creative play under pressure.
Optimize body mechanics for efficient, injury-resistant movements.
Implement game and tournament nutrition strategies for peak performance.
Specialize in primary position training for role-specific excellence.
Develop advanced speed and agility for superior on-field dominance.
Skill Drills (50–60 min):
Advanced Ball Mastery: Complex dribbling patterns, quick turns, and deceptive moves to outmaneuver opponents.
Body Mechanics: Drills for balance, footwork, and physical resilience to enhance durability.
Game and Tournament Nutrition: Workshops on pre-game nutrition, hydration, and recovery strategies.
Primary Position Training: Role-specific exercises, such as playmaking for midfielders, finishing for forwards, or defensive positioning for defenders.
Advanced Speed & Agility Development: High-intensity sprints, agility ladders, and reaction drills for explosive athleticism.

Vicious Soccer Development: Intermediate Training
The Intermediate Training at Vicious Soccer Development is designed for players ready to build on their foundational skills and elevate their game. This dynamic program focuses on physical conditioning and technical precision, empowering athletes to excel in competitive settings with confidence and control.
Objectives:
Strengthen core and lower body through plyometric exercises.
Enhance injury prevention with targeted calisthenics.
Develop first touch for improved ball control.
Master 1v1 offense and defense movement for on-field dominance.
Skill Drills (50–60 min):
Plyometric Exercises: Jump squats, box jumps, and lateral hops to build core and lower body strength.
Calisthenics: Bodyweight exercises like lunges, planks, and dynamic stretches to promote injury prevention.
First Touch Development: Drills with varied ball delivery to refine trapping and controlling under pressure.
1v1 Offense and Defense Movement Mastery: Scenarios practicing attacking moves (e.g., feints, step-overs) and defensive techniques (e.g., body positioning, tackling).
